Mitch spent 41 years as a teacher, administrator, professor, and school law expert before retiring. A lifelong advocate for public education and children, he has never belonged to a political party but has always supported candidates who put people before politics. Today he proudly considers himself a liberal Democrat who isn't afraid to say what's on his mind!
Lou is a retired Nurse Practitioner and is the conscience and moral compass for Mitch. She is caring, compassionate, generous, and all-around good person who believes God is Good All the Time and that all PEOPLE are created equally and deserve respect.
Meet Dave and Susie!
Dave is an excellent mechanic and one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. A loyal Trump supporter, he believes common sense should come first. His wife Susie keeps him grounded, even when they don't see eye to eye on politics.
Dave's wife, Susie, was also his high school sweetheart. She's handled bookkeeping and auto parts management for Dave from the moment their shop began operations. She holds more liberal opinions than Dave is aware of, but her devotion to him is strong.
Meet Ron and Beth
Ron is a farmer and a committed conservative. He is an enthusiastic MAGA supporter who says exactly what's on his mind.
Beth is active in nearly every community organization in town and manages both the farm's finances and Ron's investment portfolio. Friendly, organized, and quick-witted, she's often the one keeping everyone on track.
Jim and Denise
Jim retired as a U.S. Marine Corps Colonel before leading the local American Legion. A devoted patriot, he believes deeply in service to both his country and his community.
Denise is a pediatrician who has spent her career caring for children and supporting local families. Compassionate and practical, she's the voice of reason whenever the conversation gets heated.

Bubba and Cooter may look like they just wandered in from the back forty, but don't underestimate them. They're fiercely loyal friends, proud veterans, and always ready with a joke, a story, or an opinion nobody asked for.
